Reservation Policy
| To confirm the Hotel | Resort | Cab booking, Guest needs to pay at least 25% of the full booking amount in advance. | |
| Guest needs to carry Hotel | Resort | Cab Reservation Dockets and a valid photo ID Card (Aadhaar, Pan, Voter and any other applicable photo ID card) during the travelling period and has to produce them to Hotelier | Resort | Concerns & Conveyance | Transportation Concerns. | |
| All sightseeing and meals as per schedule in itinerary. Booking package amendment and Up Gradations all are extras on direct payment basis by Guest's. | |
| Any additional recreational activities in case provided in a Booking | Package is on time and availability basis apart from this guest can avail all other services directly on paid basis at his / her consent. | |
| In case of early check-in and late check-out property owners decision will be full n final. |
Cancelation Policy
| 5% of total booking amount shall be applicable and rest of the amount will be refunded if a cancellation is made on & before 30 days prior to the date of Arrival | Check-In. | |
| 15% of total booking amount shall be applicable and rest of the amount will be returned if a cancellation is made on & before 15 to 29 days prior to the date of Arrival | Check-In. | |
| 30% of total booking amount shall be applicable and rest of the amount will be returned if a cancellation is made on & before 7 to 14 days prior to the date of Arrival | Check-In. | |
| No Refund shall be applicable and all amounts will be forfeited for cancellations made on & before 6 working days prior to the date of Arrival | Check-In. | |
| In case of premature departure (Hotel | Resort | Cab booking) no refund shall be applicable. | |
| In case of no show no refund shall be applicable. | |
| No refund shall be applicable (Hotel | Resort | Cab booking) for unused services or in case remains unused due to unavoidable circumstances (Heavy Snowfall, Rain and Heavy Mob). | |
| In case of Refund | Cancellation | Miscellaneous payments a 45 days period time line is minimum purely depending on the process & policies of Debit | Credit | Net Banking account holding bank. |
